Find some time
Google Calendar just came out with an IOS app. The calendar app and site can be pretty powerful if you know how to use them. Creating an event and editing are pretty easy, but have you used the “find a time?” If you add a guest to your event to find a time their schedule will come up if they have entered events into their calendar. See below:
If the person has not made their calendar viewable you will see an asterisk by their name. To change this they would have to go to their shared settings for the calendar to make it viewable.
For more calendar information on how to create events, edit, share calendars check out these videos.
1. Enter location so it is easy to retrieve by one click to a GPS map on your phone.
2. Click “join meeting” for a face-to-face conversation.
3. Add attachments so your members don’t have to search for the document.
